The penthouses have a total area of 258 m², being arranged on two levels: on the first level there are two bedrooms, each equipped with double beds, air conditioning and dressing room. Also, at this level there is also a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. At the upper level you have a fully furnished kitchen equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for preparing a meal or snacks. There is also a bathroom with shower, living room (with dining area and office space) as well as a terrace with an area of 80 m ² and a delightful panoramic view over Bucharest.
